Shipping & Returns Policy


International shipping is handled by International Express Mail Service Company ,within 5-7 business days delivery usually.
All orders will be insured for the full purchase amount, and can be tracked at the Express Mail Service website.
We are a professional online dealer and cooperate with EMS expressing long-term,shipping order and delivering right to your door.Please make sure you are at home when the packages will be arrived.
After placing orders,please email us get the tracking number,and you also can track your order online with the EMS company website (http://www.ems.com.cn/english.html).


Return & Replace Policy
1 When you buy goods from any retailer, the goods must be of satisfactory quality; fit for their purpose; and as described. If they do not meet these standards, you will be able to claim a refund or replacement or repair and/or compensation from the retailer. If there is a problem with your Goods, please let us know by contacting us using our EMAIL.
2 In addition to your legal rights, and your rights to cancel as set out above, we operate an exchange policy for our customers in respect of items delivered (other than Personalised Goods), subject to the following conditions: Within 30 days following the date of delivery, Exchange the items in question, in their original packaging, complete with any related accessories or instruction booklets, labels, protective covers and boxes, by way of our complementary collection service. No new delivery can take place until we have received the returned goods from you.
No exchange will be offered for Goods that are returned by the Customer incomplete, damaged or soiled. You must take reasonable care of the Goods if you wish to exchange them. For shoes in particular, we highly recommend that you try your Louis Vuitton shoes on a clean floor which would not alter the sole, such as a carpeted surface. 3 In the event that Goods are exchanged, the initial sale will be cancelled. The new transaction payment will be set off against the amount of the preceding sale. Any credit balance will be either re-credited directly to your bank account or a credit card or a credit note will be issued to you. Any additional payment will be debited directly from your credit card.

Repair
In 1 year (from the date products were received), if you find the products with quality problems (Non-human factors or non-resistant external damage), it can be returned and repaired. You need to send back to us the products in original package (you will pay the shipping fees). When we receive the products sent back intactly, we will repair it and ship them back to you again. We will pay the shipping fees for the repaired products that we ship to you. Or you can also find your local repairing place nearby and fix the faulty items, then a copy of the receipt for repairing cost is requested to send to us and we will pay the cost after check it. (Note: It is our quality-control professional that give a final judgement on whether the quality problems are caused by personal factors or non-resistent external damage through the faulty item pictures you send to us. The repairing cost should not be reimbursed by us if its quality problems are caused be human factors or avoidable damage.)


Replacement


Non-quality Problems


In 30 days (from the date products were received), if you find the products you choose are not satisfying you in terms of color or size, it can be returned and replaced under the following condition. You need to send back to us the products in original package (you will pay the shipping fees). The products should have not been used (except tryout). When we receive the products sent back intactly, we will replace it with new ones and ship them back to you. The shipping fees for the replaced products that we ship to you should also be charged of you. Before sending the items for replacement, please transfer,the supplymentary shipping cost for turning back the replaced items from us first. As soon as the payment completed, will we replace the items sent from you.


Quality Problems


In 30 days (from the date products were received), if you find the products with quality problems (Non-human factors or non-resistant external damage), it can be returned and replaced. You need to send back to us the products in original package (you will pay the shipping fees). When we receive the products sent back intactly, we will replace it with new ones and ship them back to you again. We will pay the shipping fees for the replaced products that we ship to you. (Note: It is our quality-control professional that give a final judgement on whether the quality problems are caused by personal factors or non-resistent external damage. The purchased products will not be repaired, replaced nor returned for free if its quality problems are caused be human factors or avoidable damage.)


Return and partial refund


Our website cannot give a partial refund for non-quality problems such as:
The product does not look like the ones in your picture.
The product is not what I'd imagine it to be.
I am not satisfied with this product.
In 7 days (from the date products were received), if you request returning the purchased items because of the reasons above, you need to send back to us the products in original package (you will pay the shipping fees). When we receive the products sent back intactly, besides the shipping fees, we will also deduct a certain amount of handling fee based on your order total amount(its deducted by the bank) and give you a partial refund.
